DETAILS
This flex hose is used with the 6 inch utility auger
- For permanent or semi-permanent grain handling installations
- Utility augers in 4", 6 ", 8 ", 10" and 13" Diameter in various lengths
- Can be used at grain bins or bulk tanks
- Electric motor, pulley and switches not supplied
- Good abrasion resistance

- Smooth interior assures minimal friction loss and efficient air flow
The tubing does have a metal wire in it as a “spine” if you will.
The product is mostly used to guide feed from a spout, at a feed mill, into a hopper wagon or a mixer. It is soft enough though, so when very tall grain wagons come by, they can hit this hose, and the hose will just move to the side or glide over the obstacle.
