Our History
Farmer Boy is a leading provider of agricultural supplies and construction services, dedicated to the swine, poultry, and dairy industries for over 40 years. Founded in 1979 on a family farm in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, the company initially focused on penning, ventilation, and feeding systems for local hog farmers. Since then, Farmer Boy has expanded its offerings and reach, opening new locations in Morral, OH in 2004 and Waterloo, NY in 2006. In 2011, the company acquired an agricultural construction firm in Keenes, IL, and relocated its Pennsylvania operations to the current headquarters on Stoever Avenue in Myerstown, PA. Farmer Boy opened an additional location in Mount Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania in 2023 to serve a broader customer base.
Today, Farmer Boy remains dedicated to serving the agricultural community across the United States and beyond. Offering top-quality construction, equipment, and services for swine, poultry, and dairy, Farmer Boy is committed to providing exceptional value and customer support.
