Operating at 230 VAC and 1-½ horsepower, this sensor is designed to work seamlessly with all types of flexible auger feed delivery systems. It uses infrared technology to accurately detect feed levels, ensuring that your livestock gets the right amount of feed when they need it.
The sensor comes with six independent infrared beams that must be simultaneously interrupted to deactivate the switch. This makes it highly reliable and less prone to false triggers. The clear housing is not just for show; it serves as a protective lens against feed, dust, and moisture, ensuring long-term durability.
The digital display and push-button interface allow for quick and precise adjustments to timer settings. You can program the on-delay timer and maximum run timer to prevent short cycling and feed spills. The sensor even has an alarm contact that can be wired to your existing agri-alert or other on-site alarm systems, providing immediate notice for any feed-related issues.
