Our 12 inch variable speed exhaust fan combines our heavy extruded aluminum shutter with our high performance motor and balanced blade series. The heavy duty high efficiency motor is designed to work in the harshest environment.
The powder coated intake guard is corrosion resistant, safe and strong. The heavy aluminum blades are quiet, balanced, and engineered to move maximum air.
Ideal for installation on the farm, the housing and shutter are corrosion resistant. The 1/10 HP motor is fully enclosed for added protection and extended lifespan.
12 Inch Exhaust Fan Features:
- Ships completely assembled for quick installation
- Direct drive, variable speed 1/10 HP motor is totally enclosed maintenance-free, high efficiency, sealed ball bearings
- Corrosion-resistant aluminum shutter with tie bar to reduce shutter flapping and opening on windy days
- Motor enclosures have been machined to <0.5mm to reduce rotor shaft play
- Rotors have been balanced to reduce noise vibration and prolong life
- Safety chrome grill on intake side meets OSHA standards
- Fan must be mounted 7 ft above ground level on the exhaust side
- Follow NEMA standards 48
- Capacitor rating 450 VAC, 10,000 hrs for extended life
