Free Flow - Nipple, Nozzle and Pad Cleaner, 1 gallon

Using USDA, NSF International, and EPA approved ingredients, IMPACT’s nipple and nozzle cleaner is a safe descaler for use in swine or poultry drinkers. Easily maintain your drinker lines, nozzles, and nipples from mineral build-up and corrosion. It can also be used to descale cooling cell pads and fogger system water lines.

Free Flow is a mineral descaler designed for drinker and fogger line maintenance as well as cool cell pad cleansing. Regular, continuous use of Free Flow softens and removes mineral deposits, prevents deposition of scale, inhibits corrosion, and reduces bacterial attachment slime.

Excellent for poultry watering systems and cool cell pads. Safe for use with birds. This concentrated formula should be diluted and can treat 32,000 gallons of drinking water. Be sure to follow all directions on the product label for safe application.

Free Flow softens and removes mineral scale and bacterial slime in fogger nozzles. Use to control calcium and magnesium scale, dissolve iron and manganese, and sequester alkali metals

Directions for Use in Drinking Water Lines

To Prepare Concentrate

• Fill the gallon jug with water.
• Shake well until all granules are fully dissolved.

To Prepare Stock Solution

• Mix 1 oz. of concentrate per 2 gallons of water.
• This produces stock solution for metering.
• For Drinking Water Systems
• Meter stock solution at 1 oz. per gallon of drinking water (1:128 ratio).

Note: if you using a 5 gallon bucket-put 5 ounces of stock solution in 5 gallons of water.

Note:

• Do not exceed recommended concentrations. Higher dosages may reduce product effectiveness.
• if feeding directly into water lines meter at 4 ounces of Concentrate per 1,000 gallons of water flow. (One gallon of Concentrate is sufficient to treat 32,000 gallons of water).
