Designed for everyday use in harsh conditions, this rugged 20 inch exhaust fan has all of the features needed for life on the farm. An all-aluminum body, including shutters, house balanced aluminum blades and a fully enclosed ⅓ HP motor.
An integral variable speed switch provides versatility for cooling to improved air exchange – regardless of your need, this fan is engineered to meet it.
The powder coated intake guard is corrosion resistant, safe and strong. The heavy aluminum blade is quiet, balanced, and designed to move maximum air. The matching designed motor and blade combination makes this 20 inch exhaust fan an energy efficient ventilation solution.
Aluminum Shutter Exhaust Fan, 20 Inches Features:
- Ships completely assembled for fast installation
- Comes with 110 Volt 9 ft cord attached; motor Can be wired 110 Volt and 220 Volt
- Motor is totally enclosed maintenance-free, high efficiency, sealed ball bearings
- Motor enclosures have been machined to <0.5mm to reduce rotor shaft play
- Corrosion-resistant aluminum shutter with tie bar to reduce shutter flapping and opening on windy days
- Rotors have been balanced to reduce noise vibration and prolong life
- Safety chrome grill on intake side meets OSHA standards
- Fan must be mounted 7 ft above ground level on the exhaust side
- Follow NEMA standards 48
- Capacitor rating 450 VAC, 10000 hrs for extended life
- Silicon steel rotors and stators
