This woven steel wire flooring has been around for over 40 years.
Its long-lasting and will hold up against the harsh demands of the hog production industry.
Environmental testing completed by an independent test lab has shown it lasting over 15 times longer than our standard floor.
Results suggest not only will it outlast other wire woven floors, but found it to be comparable to other metallic floors that are post-coated for protection.
- Made from nyracord rubber, a durable blend of rubber materials with the strength to stand upto the demands of everyday farm use, unlike other mats which have a tendency to wear easily
- All mats come with hand holes for easy carrying
- 1/2 in thick with a raised edge along the outside of the mat
- A very versatile mat that can be used for a variety things
- They are mostly used in wean-to-finish swine facilities but can also be used for a comfortable place to stand or as a floor protector
- Flushing and cleaning of the woven wire is easy
- Designed to keep the sows and piglets dry reducing the spread of enteric diseases
