Vantek V-Gard™ Slurry Unit, 1.5 gal

The V-GARD™ Epoxy Overlay System offers superior wear and chemical resistance, providing optimal protection around wet/dry feeders and floors. It’s ideal for new or slightly worn slats. For areas with severe wear, V-Krete mortar is used to rebuild the zones and edges. The V-Gard Epoxy Overlay is then added for long-lasting durability. V-Gard ensures proper slat drainage, efficiently directing corrosive acids to the pit.

Typical Coverage: 30 sq. ft. per 1.5 gallons of 440LV Epoxy, 32 lbs. of Admix and 50 lbs. of Broadcast.

The V-Gard mix is a semi-self-leveling slurry that is easy to trowel apply. It is immediately broadcast with Vantek Broadcast aggregate, creating a uniform, non-slip surface ideal for livestock environments. With excellent wear and chemical resistance, it can withstand harsh conditions for years while maintaining cleanliness.

Note: Use Prep and Etch (SKU:18010088) or Muriatic Acid to prepare the surface
