DETAILS
Granular boric acid is a common and relatively safe insecticide. When used appropriately, boric acid will abrade the exoskeletons of beetles, roaches, and other insects. Once in the insect's system, boric acid affects their nervous system and metabolism, quickly killing them.
Because of its low toxicity, granular boric acid is considered generally safe for use around livestock and humans. However, ingestion can cause acute and chronic poisoning. Always follow application and safety instructions.
