The low profile, finned design provides a large surface area, allowing the de-icer to run cooler while putting out the same amount of heat as conventional de-icers. This helps reduce the amount of mineral buildup and extend the life of the unit. Can be used in plastic containers. Durable, coated aluminum base. 6 ft cord with anti-chew protector.
