Moldex® 4800 AirWave respirators are a disposable N95 certified option designed to provide a high level of protection while maintaining easy breathability. Their flexible design makes them a versatile option that provides a cost-effective alternative to valve respirators.
The larger surface area of the AirWave respirator’s patented wave design means more air flows in and out of the mask. The 4800’s Dura-Mesh® shell resists collapsing in heat and humidity and lasts longer than other disposable respirators.
An added carbon layer helps relieve workers of nuisance levels of organic vapor odors. Suitable for most welding fumes. The 4800 fits easily under welding hoods and features a full foam face seal for added comfort and no pressure points.
The Airwave can outbreath and is cooler than a respirator with and exhalation valve. The Airwave style respirators are more breathable, more comfortable, cooler and more user friendly than any style disposable respirator on the market today. The Airwave style is superior in all ways to any other product today.
