The WayPig® 500 features a 500lb weight capacity displayed in 1 lb increments on a large, easy to read dial. Measuring 27 inches wide, 52-¼ inches long, and 61-¼ inches high, the WayPig® 500 also offers a compact footprint.
WayPig® hog scales are designed to make weighing your hogs easy and stress-free. As soon as the hog enters the scale and steps onto the skid resistant steel floor, its weight is registered and displayed on the dial.
At each end of the 500 lb weight scale, there is a see-thru mesh that encourages the hog to enter. As the gates close, they automatically lock. A hydraulic damper system helps the scale operate quietly while the entire floor serves as a weighing area and the walls on the scale remain stationary. These features help keep the pig calm, making weighing accurate and easy. The hydraulic damper system also helps prolong the scales lifespan.
The WayPig® 500 has 2 optional wheels (Part# 39010035) mounted at one end which allows for easy scale movement. One person can move it into place and begin the weighing operation within minutes.
